Duties will include  :

The Human Resources Manage assists with the day-to-day ‘  operations of the Human Resources Department and reports to Head of Unit.    This position is responsible for supporting departmental goals and initiatives,  Organization Development, Performance management, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation benefit administration, policy development and administration, employment, HRIS and related functional areas of Human Resources.  You will be qualified if you :

  3. Glad to collect, manage and develop Human Resources to be SUPER TEAM at Our Organization under the auspices of Corporation are Retail, Food Industry, Restaurant and Catering throughout Jogjakarta and Indonesia in the future.

  2. Lead execute recruitment process and process to build Super Team
  3. Manage the training development of Super Team
  4. Managing the General Affair of the company

  6. Compile and evaluate Job description, Company Organization Structure  Requirements:
  7. Manages the employment and staffing functions for the facility.
  8. Manages employee orientation, development, training and employee record keeping.
  9. Interacts daily with employees and managers supporting employee relations.
  10. Responsible for  interpreting  company  policy  to facilitate  consistent application.
  11. Acts as counselor and business partner to operation departments on topics relating to human resources.
  12. Supports employee safety, wellness and related human capitalinitiatives


Experienced Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree from major study.
  2. Maximum age 45 years,
  3. Having 3-5 years experience as Human Capital or Human Resorces Manager.
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft OITice (PowerPoint, Excel, Word Outlook)
  5. Nice to interact with team, energic, happy in conquering change
  6. Have a fun personality , can work quickly, work with detail
  7. Preferably have CBHRP ceriificate Only if you meet the criteria.
  8. The ideal candidate would have experierice supporting a manufacturing or Food Industry and Catering, and Retail.
  9. Expert in Balance Score Card system
  10. Good English, written and verbal
  11. Conversant with Microsoll office.
